2009
produced record results for the school. 82% gained
5 grades A* - C last year. The school also gained
excellent results across other school subjects.
Core subjects such as Maths, English and Science
were all gaining at least 75% at C or above. ICT,
a core subject for all pupils, had a 100% pass
rate at C or above. Mr Boston the Head said:
" This is excellent news for the school.
Cooperative Schools are all about developing the
whole child and helping them achieve well across
all their subjects not just in a narrow range
of specialist ones as in most specialist schools.
This proves how right our philosophy is"

school has recently been awarded 'Healthy Schools
Status'
Change of Status
Governors are seeking to change the status of the school into a 'Co-operative Trust'. This new type of status allows the school to preserve its distinctive ethos and character and ensure it is maintained for future generations. The new status, if adopted, would be to create a 'co-operative' trust for the school which is member driven - members being parents, people from our community and staff.
