STB Training School
As a training school we aim to develop high quality professional development for our staff as well as provide support for staff working in other educational establishments. In developing our training school provision we aim to provide a sensible and practical approach to perfomance management, enabling staff to have a greater say in their own development and training than is normal in many schools. A number of our courses are open to staff from other schools and institutions.
