Downloading Application Forms
You can download a copy of our applications forms from this page. They are designed to be either printed and completed with a pen or completed on your computer using MSWORD.

To download a copy click the link on the left and select SAVE AS chosing a suitable location on your computer for the file. You must make sure you download ALL the correct forms for the type of post you are applying for.

Teaching Posts

These are normally advertised in the TES, eteach or the Evening Sentinel as well as the County Circular.

 Details about the post can always be obtained from the school. Brief outlines of the post may be found on the eteach website.

For teaching posts you should download:-

  • the TEACHER application form
  • a copy of the Staffordshire County Council Recruitment Monitoring Form

Non-teaching posts

These are normally advertised in the Evening Sentinel and the County Circular

We employ a wide range of support staff at the school. These include, Teaching assistants, Office Staff, Technicians, General Support Staff and Site management staff.

If you want to apply for one of these non-teaching vacancies you should download:-

  • the NON - TEACHER application form
  • a copy of the Staffordshire County Council Recruitment Monitoring Form

Are there other posts at the school?

A separate company employs our Kitchen and Cleaning staff but we can forward your application to them. If you are interested in working in one of these areas please contact our administration office on 01782 729426 (24 hour)

What if there are no posts currently available?

Even if we have no vacancies at the moment, you can leave your name and address at the school by email or by post and we will contact you when a vacancy appears.

What do I do with my completed application form?

Our email is read daily but you may want to ring Miss Machin (01782 729426) to confirm that we have received it. Applications sent by email will need signing, but this can be done on the day of interview if you are requested to attend.

Supply Teachers

 We keep a register of staff who are suitable to be called upon as supply teachers. If you would like your name included please either write to us outlining the subjects you offer, and include a copy of your most recent CV or telephone the school.

In either case please contact the Deputy Headteacher at the school. Emails can be sent to s.gould@stb.coop Please use the subject 'Application for Supply'
