Jessica Tinsley – works consistently well particularly in regards to homework in Maths.

Jacob Bentley-Green & Ella Myatt
Jacob Bentley-Green – showing good social responsibility during sports day. Jacob was picking the litter up around where he was sitting.
Ella Myatt – good work in French and English.
Morgan Spruce & Aeris Finney
Morgan Spruce – he always approaches his learning with great enthusiasm and energy. This has been put to good use this week as he has actively participated in a performance of ‘An Inspector Calls’. Morgan played the part of Gerald and put a great deal of effort into the delivery of his lines.
Aeris Finney – has the best average progress score over the last term (3.27 points)
Kieran Dean & Reanne Dean
Kieran Dean – After successfully completing his Controlled Assessment based on the poetry of Wilfed Owen, Kieran has applied himself impressively to his next task – the writing of a story. Kieran has made excellent progress in English this year.
Reanne Dean – excellent attitude in Maths supporting other pupils.

Callum Breslin - has produced stunning work on his latest game making project. He has displayed a fantastic level of skill and dedication.

Joshua Cross & Lacey Humphries
Joshua Cross – making a good start at STB and putting in lots of effort.
Lacey Humphries – has a good attitude and contributes well in Maths.
Emma Hancock & Ethan Hobbs
Emma Hancock – has recently moved classes and has tried hard and is settling well making a good start.
Ethan Hobbs – working hard in German and he is making good progress in English.

Suraya Husnu-Burnett – has done a great assessment for History achieving a top level 7.
Mollie Morris – working hard in Maths doing some GCSE work. Mollie was also good at the house meeting organising the Year 9 girls.
Hannah Malam & Ben Jones
Hannah Malam – increased effort in Science.
Ben Jones – showing a mature attitude in many aspect of school and home life. Ben also helped organise the pupils at the house meeting.

Macauley Welsh – brilliant throughout the French trip.

William Dean & Lucy Phypers
William Dean - consistently excellent work in RE.
Lucy Phypers – has made a great start at STB and is working well.
Rachel Thompson & Charlie Frost
Charlie Frost – has struggled this year in French, however this week he delivered a short though accurate presentation in French to the class. This would have been very difficult for Charlie as he lacks confidence.
Rachel Thompson – Rachel generally struggles with English and reading. We have started to read An Inspector Calls and Rachel has taken on one of the main roles and has done it extremely well. Rachel deserves to be congratulated on this.
Lucy Smith & Deanna Kenny
Lucy Smith – was the only Y10 pupil on the French Trip and she was a great mentor to the younger pupils.
Deanna Kenny – making good progress in History. Also Deanna has recently had a problem with her eye and although she has been unable to see properly she has not let this hinder her in any way.
